This course describes the skills and knowledge required of a worker with responsibility for supervising the work of workers who are part of a team/workgroup or working alone.
It includes induction of new staff, planning work, monitoring performance and supporting workers to manage their workload.
COURSE STRUCTURE
This course is divided in 6 sections with questions posed at the end to reflect on learning. After successful completion of the course, learners will be awarded a certificate of course completion.
