This course deals with the skills and knowledge required to provide on-the-job coaching to clients or colleagues. This course has no parity with National Workplace Trainer standards, but reflects the situation in many workplaces where ‘buddy’ systems and on job coaching are extremely common.
COURSE STRUCTURE
This course is divided in 4 sections with questions posed at the end to reflect on learning. After successful completion of the course, learners will be awarded a certificate of course completion.
